Folky Flash

Folky Flash, with Emily Devane

An online generative writing workshop.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

‘Folklore is the perfect second skin. From under its hide, we can see all the shimmering, shadowy uncertainties of the world.’ (Terri Windling)

In this generative workshop, Emily Devane will delve into folklore, myths and legends. Together, we’ll explore the power of transformation, the space between humankind and nature, and how borrowed folkish elements can add a sprinkle of magic to our writing. There will be opportunities to write, share and celebrate stories along the way...
